1. Returns

  2. Our team will provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return instructions.
  3. Ship the product back to our return address at your own expense.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will replace it at no extra cost. Contact us within 2 days for assistance.
